Transcript & Diploma Request Forms

St. Bernard College Preparatory sends all Official Transcripts through the post office. Unofficial Transcripts can be picked up in person at the Main Office. Please allow 5 business days for your transcript request to be fulfilled. Graduates or current students, please click here to place an order. St. Bernard High School does not store diplomas on site. If you would like to order a duplicate diploma, please click here to fill out a request form.
